Meditate With Mary & Maya

Mary and Maya Davis are a mother-daughter spirituality team with five decades of collective meditation experience. We feel there is no more important practice to help us navigate today's world.

Historically, meditation is known as the path to enlightenment. Pretty amazing. But on the way, it can help us reduce stress and anxiety, feel more focused and calm, increase intuition and feel more joy in our lives.

In this workshop, we will learn five tools to jumpstart (or elevate) your meditation practice: classic breath awareness meditation, how to relax and go deeper, ways to quiet your thoughts, how to use a mantra and how to impact world peace through your inner peace.

We also have some tips and tools to keep your meditation practice on track.

This is a workshop for all souls. No prior experience is necessary. If you already know what you're doing, we have plenty of tips for you too.

We feel strongly about sharing this practice, so we are offering a spectrum of pay-what-you-can tickets. Whatever you can pay, just come. If you can't pay at all, message us. We just want you to dedicate one hour to a practice that will change your life.
